SME / Corporate Healthcare Consultant

Our client, a leading and award winning insurance and employee benefits organisation specialising within the SME and corporate healthcare market, currently requires a Healthcare Consultant / Business Development Manager to join their growing new business team.

You will be responsible for developing, and ultimately managing, a portfolio of clients including being responsible for negotiating terms and provision of services across a range of health / PMI related benefits. Candidates will be responsible for developing new business and presenting to clients on relevant matters and identify additional business opportunities for services across the group. You will oversee the production of all reports, documents and communication with the clients.

Candidates need to come from an employee benefits or insurance background, and ideally have experience of dealing with occupational health schemes / Group PMI within a similar environment. A strong sales track record and ability to manage and develop relationships at all levels is key.
