Treatment Unit Manager
Newcastle, Middlesbrough and South Shields
Circa £33,414 — £40,204 per annum, plus £1,000 cluster payment
We are looking for a Treatment Unit Manager to lead our services in the North East Region; covering our units based in Newcastle, Middlesbrough and South Shields. It doesn't matter if you have a commercial, corporate or clinical background, you will be able to use your leadership and management skills to ensure BPAS services are delivered effectively across the cluster.
You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high quality, client-focused, responsive termination of pregnancy service. By actively managing financial and human resource aspects of the units, you will deliver a wide range of operational services in line with defined standards. You will also play a key role in motivating, engaging and managing clinical and non-clinical staff effectively.
