Customer Service Advisor
REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY IN CWMBRAN VIA BRC
Duration: 4 weeks +
Location: Cwmbran, Torfaen
Hours: 37 per week (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
Our client, an established and forward thinking housing provider in Torfaen is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis to cover a the absence of a permanent member of staff. This is for 4 weeks initially with the strong potential to extend.
You will be part of a team acting as first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and dealing with a wide variety of queries ranging from debt recovery, anti-social behaviour and responsive repairs. Dealing with vulnerable tenants, you will be responsible for providing low level advice with the aim to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

You will benefit from working in a collaborative, supportive team of people, as well as the opportunity to increase your knowledge of the housing sector, while working for a well-respected housing association
