Quality Standards Auditor

The Quality Standards Auditor will support the Quality and Compliance Director to oversee quality assurance and improvement throughout the Trust. You will assess, evaluate and monitor compliance of registered services; to embed quality assurance and governance processes across the Trust.
This is a new and exciting role for Greensleeves Care and the successful candidate will:
* Be educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification or significant experience of working at a similar level.
* Have extensive experience of working in social care, implementing performance & quality management systems, benchmarking services and provider performance and of developing trusting and supportive relationships with a wide range of staff
* Possess knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Clinical Governance, Audit and Risk Management procedures, of a range of quality improvement systems and an understanding of all relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
* Have strong organisational, verbal and written communication and numeracy skills. Excellent IT skills are also essential.
