About the Role
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a bright and engaging team within a fast-moving business.
Working to a structured day and providing customer service excellence at all times, you will upsell response to existing customers as well as moving towards potentially cold calling prospects. You will also identify other upsell opportunities during that call and endeavour to close the sale.
Directing prospects to the field sales team if required, you will input and maintain customer records with accurate, high quality information and document all conversations and transactions in Salesforce. You will answer questions about Motors.co.uk and its product offering as well as effectively managing objections.

We’re looking for an individual who has highly effective verbal and written communication skills, proven analytical skills and a polite and friendly telephone manner. You will have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, have outstanding negotiation skills and enjoy working under pressure. The ability to work on own initiative and deal with negative responses is also a must.
Training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate is armed with sufficient knowledge on the Motors.co.uk proposition.
