Human Resources (HR) Business Partner - Flexible Working Available

We are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner within the Customer Relations department of our business. You'll work together with the Head of HR on strategic and operational human resources.

In order to achieve a best in class People Team we are looking to appoint an HR Business Partners based at our Hatfield office. Being a business partner is not a job title, it's a way of working, integrating with the entire organisation to contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes. We are on a journey, realigning the team, adjusting what we deliver and transforming the way we do things. It's exciting and challenging but generally fun.

You will have demonstrable experience in HR, preferably be someone who embraces change and drives innovation by bringing people on a journey. You won't be afraid to do things differently, quietly revolutionising current processes and procedures to be fit for the future. Key is working collaboratively with the other People Operations team members, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development, together with the People Director and wider team to create a best in class people function for Affinity Water.
