Duty Manager (Casual)

BSS Leisure Services is based within one of the leading independent schools in the country, Bolton School and utilises excellent sports and leisure facilities that are open all year round to the local and wider community.

BSS Leisure Services are looking to recruit a Casual Duty Manager to report to the Assistant Leisure Services Manager. Once trained for the role, the post holder will be required to take full responsibility for a shift / operation including leading the team in terms of delivering a high quality leisure service provision, whilst upholding the highest possible standards.

Applicants will need to demonstrate that they have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to use their own initiative. The post holder will need to have previous experience of managing a team and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, self-motivation and be a team player.

A flexible approach to working varied hours is essential to this role.
