We have vacancies for Teaching Assistants in our Special School. You will be provided with opportunities for personal development and further training and will be well supported in your career.

Post holders will have an appropriate qualification in English and Maths which will enable them to support students, take part in team meetings and provide written reports when required. In addition, they will have some experience of working with, or caring for, children and young people.

Castle School is committed to the safeguarding and promotion of children’s welfare. All appointments are subject to an enhanced disclosure and barring service check. Safeguarding procedures form part of the induction process. References will be applied for prior to interview.

We will be offering visits to the school prior to the interview process. These will take place on Tuesday 18th September at 1.45pm and Thursday 20th September at 9.15am. Please phone the office on 01223 442400 ext 252 to book an appointment.
