Your Role: 

As a Customer Representative, you will provide high levels of customer care and service to our customers to ensure they make the right choice of product to fund their retirement. 

Initially joining our Retirement Academy Team, you will develop your skills and learn all about our products prior to moving into the Pension Income area. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Provide telephone-based support to customers 
- Build rapport with customers 
- Respond to inbound enquiries 
- Make outbound calls 
- Deliver non-advisory pension income information directly to customers 
- Administer and arrange relevant applications whilst proactively seeking to increase the number of qualified advice referral applications 
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and legislation 

About You: 

To be considered as a Customer Representative, you will need: 

- Previous experience of dealing with customers over the phone 
- Experience of working to targets 
- Great communication skills 
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude 
- A proactive approach

Please note, the working hours for this role are four days per week 9am-5.30pm, one day per week 11.30am-8pm and one in every four Saturdays – 9am-5pm.
