DCC Logistics Ltd in Doncaster are currently hiring a Car Transporter Driver
DCC is a family owned and run company with over 18 years’ experience in the car transporter industry. Based at our depot at Doncaster the successful candidates will be delivering new and used cars nationwide with up to four nights out per week.
Car Transporter Driver – Job description:
- 4 nights out per week
- Ensure transporters are roadworthy and comply with legal requirements, reporting issues to your support team
- Ensure the safety and security of the vehicles.
- Comply with Safe Loading and Health and Safety Laws at all times.
- Communicate with external customers and liaise with internal customers where appropriate.
- Update records accurately.
- Perform vehicle condition checks and record any visible damage.
Car Transporter Driver – Essential skills and qualifications:
- Must have had HGV for minimum 1 year
- Must have car transporter experience
- Transporter engineering 11+experience is preferable
- Must be reliable
- Ability to use smart phone applications
