BS Social Care are proud to be assisting an award winning Learning Disabilities provider in their search for a Support Worker. This is a permanent role where you will be supporting those with Autism and Learning Disabilities in an assisted living setting, near Heddon-on-the-Wall.
We are looking for applicants who would like a varied job and job satisfaction whilst having the chance to make a difference in people`s live. You will have previous experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and an understating of delivering care in an assisted living setting.
As a support worker at this service, you will be helping people live the life they want, through careful planning and delivery of their support. You will also need to assist with the day to day housework and personal care, and support with medication when needed.
" 30 days annual leave, rising 35 days (inc bank holidays)
" Competitive salary - £8 per hour, plus £60 for sleep ins (2-3 a week)
