An opportunity has arisen for a laboratory assistant working as part of the School's Science Faculty. This interesting and varied role requires a pleasant, approachable, self-motivated, reliable and helpful individual with an interest in practical science, who would enjoy working with teachers and pupils to achieve this dynamic Faculty's aims.
The successful candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English; a working knowledge of computers is desirable. Whilst induction to the role will be available, previous laboratory experience is advantageous.

Normal work hours will be based on working 17 hours a week Wednesday to Saturday; Wednesday 11am to 3pm, Thursday 8am to 1pm, Friday 8am to 4:30pm and 13 Saturdays at 4 hours each. A flexible approach to working hours will be required.
