In order to apply for this role, you must be fully Security Cleared. This role is available to be an immediate start on a 12 month, fixed term contract with the likelihood of that being made permanent.

Working at our client`s city centre office, you will be someone that carries out their work effectively to ensure individual and team targets are met, reports any issues that can impact on either financial or business performance to their superior.

Benefits for this role include:

Suitable working hours of Mon-Fri between 0800-1800 with one in four Saturday`s required to be worked but a day off during the week to compensate 40 hours being worked.

Your primary roles and responsibilities for this role include:

Handling customers across different platforms that include Telephony and Web Chat enquiries.

Ensuring all customers queries are answered with the aim of a first call resolution.

Ensure confidentiality is kept at all times due to the sensitivity and respect these calls will include.

Communicating with a variety of stakeholders both over the phone and in writing (excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential).

Consistently able to achieve productivity and quality targets.

You will also have effective communication, delivery of business service, effective teamwork, managing performance, self development and results focus experience.

In order to apply for this post, you must also have:

Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 1 error.

Previous call or contact centre experience experience

Experience of a regulated environment

Confidentiality and discretion

Excellent call handling skills

Ability to take ownership of a complaint
