We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Clerk to join a fast growing Company based in Selby. You will have experience working with Sage 50 and be AAT qualified.
Duties include:-
Updating details on the company accounting system
Coding/Costing financial transactions appropriately
Sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Preparing monthly management reports/statutory accounts.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Reconciling Invoices received with various departments and issuing Invoices and statements
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any related queries.
Make bank deposits when required and keep up records
Managing petty cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
VAT Calculation
Processing Payroll
Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
