This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional company in the Penarth area as an Internal Recruiter.
Hours: This is a part time position, working 25 hours over 5 days (school hours).
Person specification
- Experience of in-house recruitment and identifying CVs to fit vacancies
- Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills
- Confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority
- Capable of building strong business relationships
Internal Recruiter role
You will be supporting the HR Manager in the recruitment process across all UK offices. Duties will include:
- Utilising all resources available to source candidates.
- Create attractive job boards.
- Update the vacancies monthly on Linkedin and search Linkedin for potential candidates.
- Identify suitable job boards for recruitment
- Undertake initial telephone interviews with potential candidates
- Arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms and keeping of all recruitment paperwork up to date.
