Our client are looking for a dynamic, organized Project Manager with incredible customer service and negotiation skills.

Title: Project Manager
Location: Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 
Salary: £28k pa + £2k pa bonus + pension
Hours: 45 per week

Their award-winning engineering company designs, builds and installs bespoke wheelchair access lifts throughout the world. Their clients include Sydney Opera House, Bank of England and Qatar National Library.

You will manage their talented team of Installation and Service Engineers, making sure they have everything they need, on time, to complete their works.

You will liaise with main contractors on site to ensure the site is 100% ready for the 10 consecutive day lift installation. This includes checking the pit dimensions on site, which can be stressful at times.

You will help them implement ISO9001 systems, to root cause analyses any lift problems on site so they are fixed at source permanently for the future. This may include implementing training for their Engineers.

They are obsessed with ensuring their lifts are 100% reliable and their Clients are happy.
