Stores Operator
Plymouth
£Competitive Salary
Full Time – 40 hours per week.
Monday – Friday - 2 pm – 10 pm
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stores Operator to join our client. Based at their Manufacturing site in Plymouth, as a Stores Operator you will be involved in the co-ordination of material movements from receipt to despatch, by processing deliveries and picking, collating, preparing shipments and documentation for collection. You will provide a service to Production by ensuring the materials are available to manufacture products, collecting finishing products, and removal and disposal of waste, in order to ensure productivity is maximised.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a stores / materials supply role. You must hold a Forklift license for Bendi or Counterbalance and a full clean driving license. You should be computer literate and highly numerate with attention to detail. You must be enthusiastic and able to demonstrate a high level of initiative, in order to operate with minimal Supervision and be conscious of health and safety requirements within a working environment.
