Looking for a new start, with a new service and a growing company?

You will be with a company moving in to Bristol previously based in Somerset that is now expanding in to "the big smoke" The company was started by two Doctors 10 years ago as they were tired with the lack of quality care in the area. Since then they have opened 4 homes and you will be working in the 5th.

You will be working with some of the most unique individuals in Bristol. Your duties will be varied and exciting but you will be dealing with complex needs and some challenging behaviour, so you should be confident when people are having their bad days.

As this is a lively environment it would be great to hear from you if have experience with learning disabilities and autism. At least a year would be fantastic.

For this I will pay you at least £9 per hour but may be to be talked in to slightly more should you impress me. As I was a senior support worker myself it`s hard to impress me!

This is a great opportunity to work alongside a truly lovely management team in Bristol. A mixture of shifts are available, including nights, days, and weekends.
