Dual Registered Manager - Bury

We are looking for someone to step into a role where you will be managing two outstanding and beautiful childrens homes which currently have an occupancy of 1 child per home but have a capacity of 3 per home.

due to company policy, there is no focus on increasing occupancy and instead you will be instrumental in the decision making process as to whether a new referral will complement the existing dynamic in the home between children and staff.

In order to be successful in this role it is essential that you have at least 2 years experience in managing within children`s residential, hold a level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management, haven proven ability of leading staff to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and have a soldi understanding of OFSTED regulations.
