Fixed term contract until March 2019 with a possibility to extend to December 2019

bpha is a dynamic and ambitious 18,000 unit Housing Association based in Bedford and operating throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor. We employ 400 people, have an annual turnover in excess of £120m and a development programme that will see us build around 3,000 new homes over the next five years.
 
We are currently looking for an experienced marketing professional to deliver communications activities that increase awareness of our Help to Buy product whilst increasing stakeholder support.  
 
You will be responsible for successfully marketing the help to buy product by developing digital ways of moving the brand forward. You will work with the team to create an effective marketing strategy and implement it through national campaigns, video advertising and marketing literature on our social media channels, such as facebook, twitter, instagram and Linkedin, ensuring that all communications delivered are engaging, relevant and drive awareness and enquiries. You will monitor the success of your campaigns through regular monitoring of the website as well as research and analytics.
 
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and as such will be able to demonstrate skills in writing and producing newsletter content. You will have experience of working with external design and print agencies and will be proficient in photo editing through the use of programmes such as photoshop. You will be confident in the process of commissioning digital and video content and photography and will have the ability to network across multiple levels.
 
A recognised marketing or public relations qualification is also desirable.
 
We are looking for an experienced marketer that has operated in a b2b and/or b2c environment who can grow awareness of our ‘Help to Buy’ product whilst increasing stakeholder support.
