Residential Property Lawyer
After a period of fantastic growth, we are looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join our Lexcel Quality Mark accredited law firm.
Your role
You will work in our dynamic conveyancing department, managing a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and repossessions.
The successful Solicitor will also need to provide a high standard care to our clients.

Required experience
To be successful you will need:
- Previous residential property experience
- A law qualification – degree with a LPC, CILEx, CLC or CPE/GDL
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of current property law/regulations
- A meticulous and detail oriented attitude to work
