THE COMPANY:
Brewster Pratap are working exclusively with a manufacturing company based in Sheffield. This is company is experiencing expansion, resulting in this new role being required
You must be hungry for sales and have an appetite for progression and success.
THE JOB:
This role is 60% sales, building on current relationships and up-selling on existing quotes and orders.
- Engage with and maintain key relationships within the assigned accounts
- Proactively manage current accounts to achieve growth
- Communicate weekly, accurate, realistic, up to date, forecast
- Build business pipeline to achieve monthly targets
- Development of opportunity pipeline and proactive follow up of opportunities to close deals
In line with above the Job holder shall act as cover for internal customer service department, this role will cover all aspects of but not excluding (30% of the role)
- Provide day to day point of contact for our customers for all post order activity.
- Expediting customer orders and provide delivery information.
- Dealing with invoice / price queries.
- Deal with customer complaints and respond as necessary.
- Ensure company procedures are followed and deal appropriately with infringements.
- Conduct duties in accordance with ISO9001 procedure's.
THE PERSON:
The right person for this role must have an internal drive and passion for sales.
1 -2 sales experience - sector not key as training will be given.
Must have the desire to exceed set targets.
Good work ethic.
