Skilled Company Commercial Lawyer sought on a full or part-time basis for a niche West Sussex company.
With a detail-oriented approach to work, the successful applicant will be a fee earner and demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills at all times, catering to a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
• Draft contracts and documents
• Asses cases and advise on outcomes
• Liaise with and instruct counsel
• Represent high-net-worth clients
• Advise on dispute settlements
• Prepare court cases
• Present broadcasts at seminars and workshops
• Business development and marketing
The Candidate
• Ideally, a solicitor, legal executive or paralegal with a minimum of two years' experience
• Have solid knowledge of company commercial/contracts law
• Additional experience of employment law would be desirable
• Undertake business development and marketing initiatives
• Handle own caseload with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Communicate well, both verbally and in writing
• Available for full or part-time work
