My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of the construction industry who can manage new projects, to ensure projects on time and on budget.
Candidate must:
- Have excellent construction knowledge and prior experience project managing.
- Extensive IT skills.
- Able to represent the company in a professional manner.
- Have good knowledge of health and safety and recent legislations.
- Have negotiation skills.
- To implement and adhere to company policies and procedures on site.
- Although based out of Newcastle Office, role can be site based nationally in the UK
Education:
- Must have a relevant Construction qualification
- CSCS/ SSSTS/ SMSTS Card
- A formal project management qualification would be desirable.
