My client is a global leader based in Cambridge. They are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join them to drive recruitment in this division.
Key duties will include:
* Resourcing for candidates
* Writing job descriptions
* Attending universities
* Advertising jobs
* Interviewing candidates
* General ad-hoc recruitment admin
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within a recruitment position
* The ability to resource for varying positions
* A confident and enthusiastic manner
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* IT proficiency
