This is a large, diverse secondary school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted that are currently looking for an outstanding Science Graduate to work as a Subject Mentor across Key Stage 3, 4 & 5.
The school has a rich and diverse mix of pupils giving any prospective, future teacher the opportunity to develop classroom skills that will stand them in excellent stead on the road to QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
My client is a high achieving school that demands the best from both its pupils and teaching staff whilst taking a relaxed and informal approach to education. Your excellent knowledge across the sciences will be used to good advantage both in a class setting, smaller groups and some 1:1 support. The pupils you will be working with are of mixed ability so it is crucial you can adapt your style and delivery to suit the needs of the class and individuals.
