As a breakfast chef you will be responsible for the breakfast service in a busy hotel/restaurant. This is a very important role in any hotel or hospitality business.
Role:
- Preparing breakfast
- Food prep
- Cleaning
- Assisting head chef and Sr. Sous
- Making sure daily targets are met
The Ideal candidate, will have at least 2-3 years' experience in cooking traditional breakfast dishes, and has worked in the chef trade. Must have a passion and a drive to deliver good quality fresh food.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Levels 2 health and hygiene certificate
- Minimum of 2 years fresh food experience
- Great team player
- Passion and drive for delivering excellent service
- Self-motivator
- Great time keeping skills
This is a permanent position with an immediate start. Working hour will be around 20 hours a week. Starting pay is GBP10pph but this can change depending on experience.
