The Client

Cobalt Housing is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool. Cobalt was formed in February 2003 following the transfer of our homes from Liverpool City Council.  We manage and maintain 6000 affordable homes in the Fazakerley, Croxteth and Norris Green areas of North Liverpool.

About the role

This role is key to the delivery of high-quality Asset Management contracts including but not restricted to responsive repairs, voids, planned & cyclical maintenance for approximately 6000 homes in the Norris Green, Croxteth & Fazakerley area of Merseyside.

This exciting role is responsible for project managing a wide range of asset management contracts ensuring our stock is maintained to a high standard, is safe and meets all legislative requirements.

You will ensure the service meets tenant’s priorities, achieves value for money & is delivered within budget and agreed performance timescales whilst achieving high levels of tenant satisfaction.

About You

You should have a strong track record in delivering effective and varied contract management to a large portfolio of properties and associated budgets, a good understanding of financial regulations and company procedures relating to financial matters and value for money. 

Experience of managing teams to deliver contract management in the building/construction industry is essential along with excellent knowledge of legislation, regulations and procedures governing Social Housing
