Based in Hazel Grove, we are suppliers of non-food products to the catering trade. We’ve an enviable product range & excellent reputation and are currently looking for permanent and seasonal Customer Services Advisors.

Customer Services Advisors

• Act as first point of contact for the organisation so you will answer and direct all calls.
• Develop and maintain up to date product knowledge
• Advise and guide our customers whilst taking sales orders
• Accurately place orders on to our system
• Work closely with our Representatives, Purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure the customer’s order placed and delivered to their requirements

You’ll thrive on working in a team within a fast moving environment, be passionate about Customer Service and have excellent communication, telephone and computer skills.
