We are recruiting for an experienced Food Specification Technologist to work for a large food manufacturing company located in the Wakefield area.
THE DUTIES:
* Communicate wuth suppliers to maintain raw material specifiaction.
* Review and approve artwork..
* Write and maintain customer product specifications..
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPEREINCES:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A degree in a food subject.
* An understanding of legal labelling regulations, artwork systems and product specificiations..
THE HOURS:
You will work 7.30am - 4.15 pm (Monday to Friday).
THE SALARY:
You will be paid a basic salary of between GBP22,500 and GBP28,000 /annum (depending on experience) plus benefits and overtime
