A rare opportunity to take the lead in the launch of our client’s exciting new property sales division, extending the range of property services that they deliver across the Oxford to Cambridge corridor.

You will be an innovative marketing professional with knowledge of the property sector.  This new role will be responsible for leading the marketing team to identify and research opportunities, providing advice on product marketability, mix, design and specification to maximise value.

An experienced marketing professional, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of proactive, creative marketing strategies across all media channels. With strong communication skills you will be engaging and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Our client is a dynamic and ambitious 18,000 unit Housing Association based in Bedford and operating throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor.

They employ 400 people, have an annual turnover in excess of £120m and a development programme that will see them build around 3,000 new homes over the next five years, making them one of the top 25 of developing Associations.
