Due to continued success, our client is looking to expand their team by employing a Car Sales Executive to join their busy and well established franchise Southampton Dealership. No experience is needed as you will be fully trained with fantastic career opportunities within the company. However, you must have a desire to learn and a drive to succeed!
You`ll be professional and efficient with good attention to detail; you will be a good team player.
This role is the main driving force for the success of the company, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. You`ll have the opportunity to earn an uncapped salary within this buoyant area. You will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, as well as the additional add on products which benefit our client`s customers.
Job duties include:
" Achieving monthly sales targets for cars sold and upselling warranty and finance products
" Managing transactions and customers including follow up calls to customers
" Conducting test drives
" Ensuring vehicles on the forecourt are presented to high standards
" Committing to follow company standards
" Excellent levels of professionalism and customer service.
" At least 1 years` experience in a sales role
" Excellent communication skills, and an outgoing, friendly personality.
" Highly motivated and target driven, with a solid and proven sales track record.
" Ability to up-sell products and features, and be able to negotiate and close a sale.
" Committed, reliable and well presented.
" Clean driving license
