ART TECHNICIAN for Senior Art Studios - SCHOOL

Turners Hill, West Sussex

Salary £18,500 to £19,650 per annum.

41 Hours per week, between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12:30pm on Saturdays during term time. 

Our client is an independent Boarding and Day School for pupils aged 11 – 18, set in a rural location near Turners Hill, West Sussex.

They seek to appoint an Art Technician to assist the Art & DT teaching department.  The successful candidate will be able to work with and support the teaching staff to meet the learning needs of students and maintain safe and effective equipment, materials and facilities. 

Being educated to degree level or equivalent in Fine Art is essential, as well as having a general interest and experience in a range of Fine Art disciplines.

Applicants must have their own transport as there is no public transport to the site.

The school is committed to the safeguarding of children, a DBS and reference check will be made on the successful applicant.
