Job Title: Locality Manager (Midlands)

Hours: Full Time, 36 Hours per Week (Part – Time applications would be considered – please specify in supporting information)

Nature of Contract: Permanent

Location: Home Based, Midlands Area to cover Leicestershire, Leicester City, Rutland and Lincolnshire localities

Salary: £43,416.17 per annum (pro rate for part time)

This is a rare opportunity to apply for a role working for one of our area teams, as the public face of the Skills for Care. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders – CQC registered care providers, local authorities, health organisations, for example. This will involve extensive networking, requiring outstanding interpersonal skills, a dynamic personality and proven ability to translate customer requirements into measurable actions.

We are looking for a confident and capable individual who ideally will have a good knowledge of the sector. You should be well versed in workforce development, skilled in presenting and negotiating, and ready to make a significant impact in the area.

This post will cover Leicestershire, Leicester, Rutland and Lincolnshire and will involve frequent travel within these areas. The post holder will also be required to occasionally attend meetings in other parts of the country.
