Project Coordinator - Engineering ( Office Based)
Bonfire recruitment is retained in the recruitment of a Project Coordinator for its growing EPC client in South Yorkshire, UK.
Our established client is undergoing a significant period of growth and we have an opportunity for a project coordinator to support the engineering project managers deliver their programmes on time to specification and budget. This multiple faceted and dynamic role will have internal and external points of contact and is integral and critical to the delivery of multiple high value international projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing team and project managers
Create, implement and run an automated document and work flow system
Create and implement document management procedures to appropriate compliance standards
Interpret / Translate engineering data and project manage internally creating and structuring documents and document sets.
Create project coordination policy, procedures and best practice processes.
Have the ability to organise workload to ensure deadlines are met
The successful candidate is expected to meet at least 5 of the following criteria:
Have experience of creating an Automated Document System / QMS
Have at least 5 years demonstrable UK working experience with an automated document system
Have worked as a Project Support Manager / Coordinator in an engineering firm
Have worked as a Hands on Office manager, Legal secretary, Project support administrator in a dynamic regulated working environment
Be an expert with Adobe Pro, Visio, Microsoft Project , Microsoft office
Have strong organisational and team management skills
Have strong internal and external stakeholder management influencing skills
Have strong pro-active communication skills and can converse, write and translate in more than one language
Have a consistent eye for detail and have strong analytical skills.
