Residential Support Worker required for a children's home that offers care and therapy to young people with complex needs, some of whom may also be on the autistic spectrum.
You will be required to work approximately 8 shifts on a transparent 3 week rolling rota basis.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day to day care for the Young People, supporting them in activities, education and statutory meetings relating to their time in residential care. Working as a team you will ensure the home is kept to a good standard in all aspects of house-keeping.
Previous experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour is essential.
You need to have held a driving license for at least three years and have no more than six points.
