Hunter Global are currently recruiting for a Relief Farm Manager to operate throughout our client's site in the Lincolnshire / Nottinghamshire areas within their Broiler Division.
Duties Include -
* Reporting to the Field/Area Manager, the Relief Farm Manager will provide cover for Farm Management when they are on holiday, away from the farm as well as generally helping on farms if short staffed/during catch etc.
* Within the day to day running of the Broiler Farm duties will include; people management, budget management, health and safety and bird welfare whilst complying with strict hygiene standards.
Person Requirements -
* The successful applicant will be self-motivated
* Possess good communication skills
* Ability to use initiative be well organised.
* Previous Agriculture experience is essential, preferably within Broilers.
* In house training will be provided to ensure the same high standards are maintained during periods of absence from our dedicated Farm Management Team.
* Flexibility in hours of work is essential, competitive salary will be offered.
* A full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 1 year is essential, a Company Van will be provided for business use to assist in travelling to and from each place of work within the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire regions.
