Espi Ltd is an IT services company based on the outskirts of Cambridge.  Established in 1994 the company has grown by providing Sage products, including cloud solutions, to businesses all over the UK, and maintaining these installations with development, support, integration and training.  We need a lovely new person to join our small, but very friendly support team.  We can offer a generous, motivating and exciting employment package - including full training.  Ideally, we would want someone with experience of Sage and IT and being in a helpdesk environment but we’re also happy to meet individuals who may not have specific product experience but are eager and enthusiastic about taking on a new role.

Primary Role :

  • To provide product support for Sage software and IT and associated products
  • To process customer support calls via telephone and remote support

Skills Ideal but not Essential :

  • Bookkeeping or Similar Experience
  • Helpdesk Environment Experience
  • Confidence with General IT

Other Requirements :

  • Car driver essential (ample free parking) 
  • Hours of work: 8am – 5pm (Mon – Thurs) 8am – 4.30pm (Fri)
  • 20 Days holiday plus public holidays
  • Private healthcare after 2 Years’ Service
