A well-known business based in North Birmingham are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team, reporting into the Finance Manager, this an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the business during an exciting time of growth.
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Invoice processing and inputting subcontractor invoices (subcontractor experience essential)
- CIS deductions (CIS experience essential)
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Supplier queries
- Supplier/statement reconciliations
- Staff expense claims processing
- Matching and Batching invoices
- Assisting with month end duties when required
Skills and experience you will require as the Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a varied Purchase Ledger role
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Confident in meeting strict deadlines
