Full Time - 35 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for two ICT graduates to join our newly established graduate programme joining the ICT team on an exciting journey through organisational change.

Reporting to the senior members of the ICT Team you will be responsible for providing day to day ICT support and training to all colleagues, the successful candidates will perform a highly visible role with a considerable degree of customer contact. Working closing with the ICT Team, the successful candidates will be the first point of contact for all colleagues, logging support calls and tracking them through from receipt to resolution. You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and enhancing MSV’s applications, resolving queries and prioritising and escalating calls as and when necessary.

The successful candidates will have a recent degree in a relevant subject area and a keen interest in a career in ICT. They will be a team player, who is friendly and approachable with a customer focussed attitude. You will have the ability to work in a collaborative environment at all levels and prioritise workload and able to work under pressure. You will also have excellent communication skills and work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and positive approach. Ideally, you will have experience with Microsoft applications, mobile working and have the ability to deliver technical information to non-specialist audiences.

In return, you will initially complete a structured 2-year programme where you can apply and develop your academic qualifications in a practical, real-world setting, with a mix of on the job training and development to support you at every stage.
