They believe in the power of well-planned, well-managed housing to make a difference.

They are looking for a Mobile Caretaker Cleaner to join their successful Communal Services team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive mobile caretaking/cleaning service to their residents including daily cleaning, identifying and reporting repairs, and a high level of customer service. They are looking for people with strong interpersonal and literacy skills. They will be customer focused, highly motivated, with good communication skills, good IT skills, and able to work under minimal supervision. 

Please note that this post requires regular driving. Any applications where the applicant has not specified that they have a valid driving license will not be shortlisted. 

Applicants will be expected to evidence previous cleaning experience as part of the application process.
