We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Gas Supervisor to join our team based in Milton Keynes.
Within this role, you will have responsibility for the daily supervision and management of the Gas Programme and a team of Operatives and Sub Contractors.
You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling work and will mentor the Operatives/Trainees and the completion of their work within the requirements of the Client’s Homes Improvement Programme. Managing the use of the Operatives and Sub Contractors, you will also ensure that they comply with both Client and Company Standards of work performance, customer service and procedures.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have previous knowledge of housing improvements, measured term contracts and schedule or rates. You should also have a good technical ability for fault finding.
With standard domestic ACS qualification, you will have experience of working within a Social Housing environment along with experience of supervising Operatives and Sub contractors.
Although not essential, experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client coupled with management experience in a similar operation would be beneficial.
Excellent communication and people management skills are also important, along with strong customer focus. Above all, the successful Gas Supervisor will be committed to delivering an excellent service.

Candidates for this role should hold a full UK driving licence
