TEMPORARY TEACHER TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE

Dates: To commence 29 October 2018

Salary:  Teachers main pay range

Location:  Church Road North, Wavertree, Liverpool L15 6TQ

Contract term: Temporary up to 12 months.

We offer educational placements for children with visual impairments and moderate to severe learning disabilities, ranging in ages from 2 to 19 years.   Placements at the school are for both day and residential children. It is our aim to provide the highest educational and care opportunities for all our children. We offer small class groups with favourable staffing levels.

We have a need for a teacher to cover a maternity leave from October 2018.

This position would be suitable for an experienced teacher or an outstanding NQT seeking a new challenge in a supportive and high-performing school.  Previous experience of visual impairment is not essential as training is provided. More importantly we are looking for a team player with a can do attitude, patience, perseverance and a drive to make a difference
