A leading provider who are renowned for advising, designing and creating protection, healthcare, wellbeing and online benefit are now seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator - Flex for their offices in the Reigate/Redhill area.

This is a varied where your responsibilities will include client support, employee support and benefit administration. This will include:

  • The administration of employee data using a combination of Excel and administration systems, including new starters, leavers and changes, to accurately produce all relevant reports for Insurers, providers and payroll
  • Keeping all relevant data up to date, and producing regular reports for benefit providers and clients on employee participation
  • Resolving Helpline queries from clients and employees
  • Ensure all employee data is processed within agreed service levels
  • Administering all aspects of clients' monthly and annual enrolments
  • Support consultants with taking on new clients and assist with renewal project work
  • Working with the rest of the team to review and improve processes and systems

You should ideally have a good working knowledge of employee benefits (which can range from traditional Group Risk and Healthcare products), however, you experience may also have been gained within the broader financial services sector, where you are able to demonstrate transferable experience.

Additionally, it is essential that you are a highly competent user of Excel, ideally (with experience of validating and manipulating data), together with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), excellent attention to detail and a willingness to further learn and develop.
