THE PRODUCT: OEM Automotive Aftermarket Parts
THE SALARY PACKAGE: cGBP35,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits

THE COMPANY:
With the automotive aftermarket changing within the UK, organisations have to adapt to survive. One such company that is growing and securing its place as one of the "go to" brands is searching to add a new product manager to their ever increasing team.
THE ROLE OF A PRODUCT MANAGER:
As a product manager, you will be getting stuck into a huge variety of tasks and responsibilities, all with the overall aim of ensuring that you and the company are leading the way with changes in the car park and the automotive aftermarket industry.
Some of the parts of your role will include:
* Catalogue / Cross-referencing management
* Purchasing
* Operational and stock control
* Range analysis / pricing
Key areas that will determine and measure your success in this role include your strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver products that align with the market's needs, budgets and position. This covers the full lifecycle from conception through development, delivery, support, service and termination.
We are keen to hear from all candidates with Product Management skills. You must have strong IT literacy, excel knowledge and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A PRODUCT MANAGER:
Although coming from a direct product management background is essential for this type of role, the automotive experience is not and so if you are looking to get into the automotive aftermarket industry, this could be your ideal next step.
