The Project Support / Administrator will assist the project management function in the planning, controlling, monitoring, driving and reporting of new and existing projects in various stages of their project lifecycles. It is expected that the Project Support / Administrator will provide support to the project manager and senior project manager. The role will involve directly liaising with customer's third party suppliers and contractors. It is expected that they will provide action and change management support, ensuring the timely completion of actions, highlighting delays or potential gaps.

This expertise will be used to transition into a more senior role in the future that can vary from product management, sales, marketing, research and development, customer service or operations, depending on the candidate's expertise and interests.

Responsibilities:

* Project Control - Ensure all assignments go through the appropriate set up processes and then effectively managed through delivering on time, to budget and to scope. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Formally close the project defining lessons learnt and arrange post-implementation reviews

* Change Management - To maintain an in-depth knowledge of the current Change Requests, their position in the change process and next steps to delivery

* Action Management - Support the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager by accurately tracking actions (often of a technical nature) ensuring they are followed up and answered in a timely manner

* Project Planning and Progress Tracking - Support the project manager and senior project manager with the creation, maintenance and closure of project plans

* Risk Management - Implement appropriate strategies for managing risks and issues and ensure that mitigation plans are identified and controlled by appropriate resources. Ensure that risk management and issue resolution activities are operating effectively and that key strategic issues and risks are escalated to project board. Evaluate risk and identify where escalation is appropriate, addressing issues, assumptions and dependencies

* Stakeholder Management - Identify all stakeholders of the Project and keep them informed and engaged. Identify and facilitate the production and socialisation of all key documentation and communications throughout the entire lifecycle of the Project and engage with business users and delivery teams

* Reporting - Ensure that project reports are completed on time as required by the project manager and senior project manager
