Installation Technician
My client HCL Safety are looking to recruit Install Technicians for their Installations team working in the West London/South area working on various upcoming projects.
At HCL Safety they believe a career in working at height should enhance your professional development. They are investors in people and constantly strive to develop their employees and expand their working experience.
For new and existing members of staff at HCL Safety, they provide an in-depth induction and training plan, empowering all employees with the knowledge they need to progress their careers. Monthly one-to-one meetings, tailored training and career progression plans are fundamental to their employee development schemes. They support and encourage our employees to develop their professional skill set in the business areas that interest them the most.
They currently employ more than 85 people who have built their career through their collaborative development initiatives. Within their country-wide network of 10 operational areas, they have four core product and service areas which specialise in safety at height system design and installation, safety at height system inspection and maintenance, fall protection training and product servicing.
Skills/Experience Required
- Previous experience within the construction ideal, or within a Field Service Engineer role
- The ability to work at heights
- Previous access equipment usage an advantage
- A full UK driving licence
Alongside HCL's dedication to career development, they offer a competitive salary, pension scheme, childcare vouchers, reward schemes and an annual bonus.
Most significantly, they invest in various opportunities for talent progression, including foundational skills training that is recognised by CSCS and contributes towards gaining a CSCS Skilled Worker card.
