Property Manager - Block Manager

Our client is looking for an additional experienced residential block property manager to join their growing property management team at their Surrey office. You should have approx 18 months' experience of managing a residential block portfolio and should be keen to develop and grow as there will be opportunities to move to a senior property manager in due course.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15x residential buildings (approx 500 units) in this lovely setting and your experience should include managing RMC blocks. Ideally someone who is proactive in their approach to residential block management, with a good understanding of lease terms, service charge budgets and some experience of dealing with major works.

Responsibilities and experience required:

• Managing a portfolio RMC residential blocks
• Attending site visits and carrying out inspections
• Dealing with leaseholders' enquiries
• Service charge budgets
• Liaising with and managing contractors and ensuring works are carried out to a suitable standard
• Ensuring that buildings meet Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments requirements
• Ensuring leaseholders comply with their obligations
• Full UK driving licence

This role is offering a salary in the region of GBP27,000 - GBP32,000 according to experience plus an excellent benefits package.
