HR Business Partner Field Based

HR Recruit have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner for a national retail organisation. An interim role until end July 2019, this is a newly created position in the company whilst the organisation is undergoing an exciting period of transition. Partnering with 2 Regional Managers this is a large field based role covering an area including the Midlands and the South of England.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated field based HR business partner to create and deliver a regional people plan
• Support the Head of Human Resources & L&D with the operational delivery of the HR & L&D strategy
• Work in conjunction with the retail leadership team to drive improved organisational performance with a particular focus on performance management, leadership development; coaching; talent management and succession planning
• Support the retail leadership team in driving employee engagement
• Act as a key point of contact to all managers and employees on your dedicated regions on matters relating to HR policies and procedures,
• Support the retail leadership team with the recruitment and selection of talent

Person Specification

• Educated to Degree level or a Professional qualification (CIPD) in Human Resources at a similar level
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at various levels across multiple business areas
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage own diary.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Great coaching, mentoring and teambuilding skills
• Proven experience of working as a regional HR Business Partner or similar role; preferably within a retail environment

This role would suit an experienced HR Business Partner or an HR Advisor looking for their next opportunity. You will be expected to manage your own diary and work autonomously. There is the option of working from home but you will largely be working within the field. Therefore prior experience of a field-based role would be an advantage. In return you will receive a salary of up to 37K + 5K car allowance and benefits.
