Nelson Recruitment Services have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join an ever expanding, well established Company based in Aldridge, Walsall.
The role is Temporary to Permanent and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:00pm.
You will be responsible for the following:
Factory level payroll administration and liaison with the central Payroll team.
Administration / secretarial support for the Factory Manager, other managers and the TPM team as well as organising on site meetings and general clerical duties.
General reception and telephone duties.
Processing and archiving delivery notes and invoices.
Health and safety Admin.
You will be working for a leading manufacturer of clay bricks and concrete products with operations in the UK and the United States
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
Previous administration experience.
High degree of computer literacy and numeric skills and a competent user of all Microsoft applications.
A flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure, priorities workload and use own initiative.
Once taken on permanently your salary for the year will be GBP18k. Whilsy you are working on Agency your hourly rate would be GBP9.23 per hour for 12 weeks. Holiday entitlement also included.
